Furthermore, Mom & Pop’s is conveniently positioned within two miles of multiple bay systems, boat ramps, and bait stands—perfect for avid anglers. In addition, guests can explore nearby local dining, attractions, or relax and enjoy Copano Bay’s breathtaking sunsets.
However, please note: Our RV park intentionally remains simple and serene. Consequently, we do not provide facilities such as recreation rooms, baths, showers, or pools.

We provide 30/50 amp full hookups at all of our RV sites, ensuring you have all the necessary connections for your stay.
We offer daily and weekly pull-through sites, and some of our sites feature concrete slabs. Please inquire about availability for specific site types when booking.
Yes, we are a pet-friendly park. However, we have specific guidelines and restrictions, so please contact us for more details before your arrival.
We offer direct waterfront access, a 325' private lighted fishing pier, over 1500 feet of private shoreline for wade fishing and kayaking, and charcoal BBQ pits. We focus on providing a relaxing fishing and outdoor experience. Please note, we do not have a recreation room, bath facilities, showers or a pool.
