Upon arrival you will find your cabin unlocked with keys on the table, if you arrive after dark don’t worry we will leave the lights on for you. *NOTE outside lights are motion detected so you can leave them on when you leave at night.
CHECK OUT TIME 11:00 am
Please take out all trash and remove sheets from beds, leaving comforter behind and place in a pile along with dirty towels by the front door.
Leave door unlocked with keys on the table.
All cabins are set up for number of guest specified, for additional towels or blankets please contact Dina or Pat.
All air conditioner units have heat as well with the exception of the bedrooms in Redfish lodge, additional space heaters are available for your use, please use with caution.

Our private pier has extra spot lights on end of it for 24/7 fishing, please turn off when finished for the night.
ALL GUEST MUST HAVE VALID FISHING LICENSE WHILE ANYWHERE IN THE STATE OF TEXAS TO INCLUDE OUR PIER. WE ARE SUBJECT TO GAME WARDEN VISIT UPON WHICH YOU WILL BE ASK TO PRESENT LICENSE.
